Device operation principle

When liquid is introduced from the connection side, a swirl flow is formed and air bubbles gather at the center of the flow end of the taper chamber of the device. A back pressure device is installed on the outflow side of the device to apply back pressure to discharge the collected bubbles from the air release valve.

DEVICE SETTING METHOD

PUMP DISCHARGE SIDE INSTALLATION

The mounting position is free, and the pump suction side cannot be installed. It cannot be used under high pressure (high pressure specification is possible).

(Note) By placing a valve on the suction side of the pump, the gas in the fluid can be deposited as bubbles and removed to reduce the gas solubility.

(This method may not be possible depending on the liquid.)

BUILT IN PIPELINE

About 0.1~0.15MPa is required as the pressure margin on the inflow side of the bubble removal device. Series connection with filters and coolers is possible.
