Principle of operation of the apparatus

When a liquid is flowed in from the connection side, a swirling flow is formed and bubbles gather at the center of the device taper chamber flow end. A back pressure device is provided on the outflow side of the device, which gives back pressure and discharges the assembled air bubbles from the vent valve.

装置設置方法

１． ポンプ吐出側設置

取付姿勢は自由、ポンプ吸入側設置は不可です。高圧下での使用も不可(高耐圧仕様は可)です。
(注)　ポンプ吸入側にバルブを置き、流体中のガスを気泡として析出させこれを除去、ガス溶解度を低減することが出来ます。
（液によっては、この方法が不可の場合もあります。）

２． 管路中に組み込み

気泡除去装置の流入側圧力余裕として0.1~0.15MPa程度を必要とします。フィルタ、冷却器などとシリーズ接続可能です。
